I am sorry to hear about your great loss. Let me help. – God

188041-lazarus-walks-out-of-his-tomb-when_mdMost people, over 50 years old have experienced the loss of someone to what they feel was an unjust cause or untimely circumstance. Many grow bitter and suffer greatly because they feel that God, somehow gave them a raw deal, or abandoned them. I would like you to consider that God does love us and is concerned with every aspect and detail of our lives. – Luke 12:6-8 You can trust God with every aspect of your life, even your emotional hurts and pain. – John 14:27

Blaming God will never help.
If we, as His creation, decide to lay blame upon Him for all the evil that happens we become God’s enemy. It is character assassination of the highest order. – Ezekiel 28:15-19 This makes God out to be immoral and dishonest. This only prolongs the pain we suffer. It is mankind’s sin, brought about by our continual and deliberate disobedience, rejecting God and His absolute authority over all of His creation that is the problem. Once we see this, ask for forgiveness and repent of our sins the healing can begin.

God is the first and supreme Father of all.
Genesis 1:27 – He wants to have a family that includes all who will love Him, repent of their sins, believe on His Son and do as He asks. You might say, isn’t placing conditions on our being in His family evil? No, it is very normal for a Father to decide what is good for His children. After all, He created us to be loved by Him and to love Him in return. God’s very nature is love, truth, goodness and justice. (no darkness) It is impossible for Him to sin or do evil. He sets the agenda, makes the rules and we follow with joy. This is what defines us as His children. – John 1:10-13

Some people say, “I will not serve a God that puts demands on me.”.
I have news for them. God will have His family whether you, or I, or anyone else wants to be part of it or not. I know that sounds tough and insensitive but I am talking to you straight. It might just save you from an eternity apart from God. Friend, you do not want to go there. – Luke 13:2-5

It is no coincidence that you are reading this right now.
God orchestrated this. I may never see you or talk to you in person. Today, right now, is the only time we have. If we reject God now we reject Him for eternity. Why? We do not have any guarantee of another opportunity tonight or tomorrow. Jesus said, today is the day of salvation. – Hebrews 4:1-8  Every breath you breath is a gift from your creator. You may breath your last at any moment as many know through experiencing tragic suffering, born in losing loved ones without notice of any kind or chance to say goodbye.

Others decide who their god is.
They mention a higher power, nature, an animal, an idol, a transcendent human. They might say they talk every day with their god and give thanks for all they have and enjoy. They have a sense that there is some kind of god. This could be a beginning if they are seriously searching. But to deny that the God of the Bible, who created all the material universe out of nothing with a Word is somehow uninterested in every detail of every person’s life is very arrogant. This thinking creates a false god in man’s image. God’s characteristics are not derived from man but man is made in the image and likeness of God. – Genesis 1:27 However, man sinned and rejected God’s leading, provision, protection, authority and eternal life. In short, man threw his relationship with God in the toilet and flushed it. – Genesis 2:15-16

The Biblical God never changes.
He continues to love us in spite of our sinful nature. It was He who decided in His omniscient foreknowledge that He would provide the just sacrifice for our sinful nature. – 2 Timothy 1:8-12 He offered His Eternal Son, Jesus Christ as that sacrifice for our sinful nature. If we believe in Him and follow Him, asking forgiveness, repenting of our sinful nature, He substitutes Jesus’ pain, suffering, and death on the cross for ours. That which we should justly suffer throughout eternity is laid upon His Son. We receive the free gift of a new nature and an eternal relationship with our Heavenly Father. We get a new, eternal life, the old life is dead. It passed away on the cross of Jesus Christ.

When people are suffering and no one has an answer for them many turn to God for what they call a miracle. Unfortunately they are looking for the miracle apart from the God of the miraculous. They must know God before they can know what His will is. We cannot make demands upon Him. It is He who decides what happens in our lives. A person can become very angry with God when they don’t get their way. It’s like a spoiled child who is denied something they want. Then they go the other way and say that miracles are not valid today. I have personally witnessed many miracles in my life. It always amazes me that people will agree that God created all matter, seen and unseen but they somehow think miracles are difficult for Him. He is SUPERNATURAL, self-existent, omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient. – Acts 2:22-28   It is normal for Him to create, recreate, heal, make new, deliver, save, just like it is normal for us to breath air in the material realm we live in. He never changes and has been and will always be the miracle working God. Ask and you shall receive. But you must ask according to His will. And to know His will you need to have a real relationship with Him.

Please bear with me.
I have to say this, and it will hurt anyone who is in disobedience, rejecting God’s will for their lives. If anyone rejects the well documented facts and historical record and testimony of billions of followers of Jesus Christ, they are in reality rejecting the God who created them. In doing so, they condemn themselves to eternal damnation apart from their loving and merciful Creator. I John 2:20-25 – states, “But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things. I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth. Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also. Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father. And this is the promise that He has promised us—eternal life.”

Isaiah 53 – So, in closing my friends,
if you have suffered loss and feel that no one cares about you, come to Jesus Christ. He has all the answers for your troubled soul. He loves you so much that He sacrificed Himself upon a cross that you might be healed, delivered and saved from your sins. Come to eternity with God the Father and the countless number of people who have believed before you. Do not wait. Decide today.

If you would like to receive Jesus Christ right now just pray this simple prayer:

God, I know that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. Please forgive me now. I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins. I want to repent and turn from my sins and experience a life of joy and peace in Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ, you are now my Lord and Savior. Come into my heart and life and help me to follow you in obedience forever. Amen.

If you sincerely prayed that prayer—Congratulations! This is just the beginning of a wonderful new life in Christ.

I do welcome further discussion and I will be praying for all of you who do not believe in the Biblical God as defined in the Old and New Testaments.
