Christmas in West Africa. Gifts for all the children and over 150 people came to faith in Christ!
The final play was the birth of Jesus Christ. (only 4 min. 42sec.)
On December 22 Gospel For Africa Church in Gagnoa, Cote d’Ivoire help a Christmas celebration for members, friends, neighbors and families. Thanks to our faithful supporters every child received a gift and everyone ate together. The children, youth, and young adults put together a great program of traditional dancing, singing, poetry and acting. The final play was the birth of Jesus Christ. Everyone was blessed.
At the end of the program Pastor Chris Jones preached the gospel message sharing about the ultimate gift of love that God gave in His Son Jesus Christ who gave His life for all mankind. Over 150 people came to faith in Christ when the alter call was given. It was more than half of all who attended the event.
After the message was and the people were prayed for the gifts were given out to all the children and youth present. Shouts of joy were heard all through the neighborhood. People are very poor here. Some of the children would not have received any gift this Christmas if we had not held this event. Thank you for your prayers and financial support that allows us to do this for the people of Africa.
Please pray for all those who came to Christ. They must be discipled into a mature relationship with Christ. Pray for the Gospel For Africa team too.
